You can adjust the files icon with right clicking the shortcut and pressing "change icon", then find your old fallout executable file and just copy the icon. This is one of the two options you can now boot your Fallout 4 from, either create a shortcut by right clicking on "f4se_loader.exe" for the dropdown and selecting send to~desktop. With the new files in your directory, you will see a executable file named "f4se_loader.exe".
